I'm happily married with 5 beautiful and spunky kids (aged 2-10). I love writing, mountain biking, and learning new things. I also enjoy grilling filet mignon whenever I can.

I occasionally can be found on my couch taking deep, cleansing breaths for about 15 minutes with my eyes closed and body relaxed.

To pay the bills, I currently do freelance writing (research reports, bylined articles, web content, etc.) as well as dabble in investments (not rich yet).
